Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all governates across Egypt. Whether you are located in Cairo, Alexandria, the Delta, or Upper Egypt, we ensure that your package reaches you safely.

For international inquiries outside of Egypt, please contact our support team at support@logixcharge.com before placing an order.

Processing & Delivery Timelines

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and official public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email and text message once your order is successfully placed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping partners, the estimated delivery windows are as follows:

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.

Free Shipping Offer: We occasionally offer free shipping promotions for orders exceeding a certain cart value. Keep an eye out for our banner announcements on the homepage!

Order Tracking

We believe in complete transparency. As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your unique tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment in real-time.

Delivery Attempts & Address Corrections

  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package up to two (2) times. Please ensure your mobile number is active and reachable, as the courier will call you to coordinate the exact drop-off time.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address, floor number, apartment number, and closest landmarks during checkout. Logix is not responsible for delivery delays resulting from incomplete or incorrect address details. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately at support@logixcharge.com.
